Yummy Dessert stuff.

I think we’ve all tried the Jell-O Poke Cake at least once in the past 10 years, no? It’s one of my favorites….especially in the summertime served with fresh strawberries on top!  Well… I recently stumbled across a Pudding Poke cake that looks pretty much to die for.  Found on the blog THE COUNTRY COOK you can see the recipe HERE.  I’m needing an excuse to make this dessert pronto!  It’s made with Oreo cookies n’ creme pudding…MmMMmmm.

Lastly….the kids start school in just TWO weeks. {Yikes!} I’ve always thought that it would be fun to do a little ‘Back to School’ ice-cream party {of sorts} with the boys and their neighborhood friends.  {Now whether or not I actually GO THROUGH with this great idea….is another question}.  I am LOVING this cute idea from the blog Wiley Valentine for a Create your Own Ice-Cream Sammies party.
