On Day 7 of our Utah vacation we packed up our bags at the cabin {sniff, sniff} and headed down the mountain and up north to the town of Heber, Utah.
Side note: I could stay in Duck Creek, Utah allllll summer long. It’s pretty much my summer dream.
Once we rolled into Heber we met our dear friends for lunch at our very favorite pizza joint there: The Junction.
The YUMMIEST pizza + crinkle cut french fries + fry sauce.
Best. Lunch. Ever.
That night we headed down to SLC to meet up with my parents and some more dear friends for a BBQ.
Brisket on the BBQ is always a good idea!
You guys!!!
I was DYING inside of my friends’ bathroom!!!!
I need ALL of these signs PRONTO!

Grant showed everyone his dance moves…

And then we ended the evening back up the mountain in Heber at our friends’ house.

Welcome back to northern Utah! If you have time while you are here, you should go to my friend's amazing new restaurant in Draper. It is called Sauce Boss Southern Kitchen. It is Southern/soul food and is really delicious. Everything is made from scratch and is super yummy.
Also, has anyone ever told you about The Wood Connection here? If not, we Utahn's have failed you entirely! It is an awesome store where you get unfinished supplies to make wood crafts and they have so many options. And bonus, it's pretty cheap too. So many of my house decorations have come from there.
