* Friday morning I took a trip into Phoenix with my mom to visit my very favorite cake decorating store ever.
This place has EVERYTHING and ANYTHING you could possibly need for your baking needs. I LOVE it!
Afterwards we hit up Michaels…
SUCH cute stuff all over this store right now.
We stopped in for lunch at NYPD Pizza…
Their ‘Soho Salad’ is where it’s at.
{Don’t worry – – it really does come with lettuce. I just snarfed most of it down. Oh — and it comes on a pizza crust. If that’s not a match made in heaven, I don’t know what is!}
* Friday night we attended our ward’s Elders Quorum party.
So fun, great turnout and DELISH food.
BBQ ribs, dutch oven chicken, homemade mac n cheese….
I ate way too much. {Shocking, I know}.
* Most of Saturday was spent in my craft room and doing laundry. London and I headed over to my mom and dad’s house Saturday night to watch the General Womens Broadcast and have dinner.
I left a better person after hearing the words of these sisters and President Uchtdorf.

It’s as if he spoke directly to my heart.
* Sunday morning London begged me to pull out our fall and Halloween decorations. My living room now looks like the 4th of July threw up on Halloween.
We ran out of time before church and I have a feeling this is going to be like a 2 day task for me. {This is only HALF of the mess!}
* Churchey-church on Sunday afternoon.
These sweet gems performed in our annual Primary Program and I’m not gonna lie – – I was a blubbering mess thru it all!!!
Hearing my kids sing their testimony of our Savior and the scriptures just gives me ALL the feels, ya know?
So proud of them and all that they are learning and becoming in life.
* Dinner at my sister’s house afterwards with fun friends.
Carne asada tacos and YUM!!!!! so delish.

One more week until our fall break begins!
Lots to get done before the kiddies are home 24-7 again.
So happy that temps are starting to cool down a bit – – I so love this time of year!
I pulled out our Halloween stuff too! The mountain tops here got snow. It's so beautiful!
