* We ran a few errands and I typed a few more of my Grandpa’s letters…
* I brought dinner into a dear friend who had just had surgery.
Made one of my very favorite cakes for dessert.
It’s a Jell-O ‘POKE’ cake – before it was frosted with Cool Whip and fresh strawberries.
* We spent Friday evening working on something SUPER fun at my brother-in-law’s work…
I can’t wait to share with you what these boys are up to.
* We ate Taco Bell for dinner {classy} and I tried actually organizing my boxes and boxes of photos on Friday night to put into photo albums.
* Saturday morning I organized my kitchen cupboards.
Bleh.
I felt like my pantry was a never ending PIT of who knows what!
* The kids hung out at friends’ house on Saturday night so Joe and I stayed in and enjoyed the peace and quiet…
with Dateline of course.
* Churchey-church on Sunday.
On Sundays we listen to classical music and I love it.
It’s such a nice, refreshing break from the loudness of the normal stuff we usually listen to.
I played the piano for my dear friend and her sweet daughter during Sacrament meeting. My heart about burst listening to them sing this song. It’s one of my FAVORITES!
* Dinner at my bro’s house in Phoenix Sunday night.
He lives in quite possibly the coolest house in downtown.
We LOVE going down there.
All of the doggy cousins were even invited!
There were 5 total.
