* Friday morning the boys headed off on a little RV day trip with some friends…
While London went to Grandma Marilyn’s for a girl cousin playdate…
{Seriously…how stinking cute are they?!} |
Which left me all alone to run errands and get the usual stuff done. I stopped at the Disney Store to pick up a birthday present…
I was seriously WAY too excited to see that the movie Ratatouille was FINALLY getting the recognition that it deserves.
SUCH a cute movie.
We’ve seen it close to 975 times, I’m sure of.
But it’s sorta like Disney never gave it much publicity.
{Don’t you think a Ratatouille themed restauarant at Disneyland would be PERFECT?!}
I grocery shopped…
And as much as I loathe grocery shopping…it’s always much better on a Friday than a Saturday…who’s with me?
I managed to slip in a little Goodwill trip…
Isn’t that the truth?!?

And then I met up with Joe and London for dinner at the New Mexican Grill on Friday night….
Their carne asada tacos are my FAVORITE!
{As are their chips and salsa.}
* Saturday I worked on a BUNCH of new items for my Etsy shop. I’m SO excited to share them with you this week! {Need to take pics first}.
We dropped off some goodies to a friend on Saturday afternoon.
Crumbl cookies.
I can’t even YOU GUYS!!!!
Their Biscoff Lava cookie might just be my new favorite!
It’s a good thing I don’t live within walking distance to this place!
*Saturday night we stayed in, grilled chicken and caught up on some Dateline episodes.
{We really like to live on the edge over the weekends.}
* Churchey-church on Sunday.
In case I haven’t told you lately….I am REALLY loving the new 2 hour time schedule. It’s pretty awesome.
* We went over to our dear friends’ house on Sunday night for a little St. Patty’s Day dinner. I whipped up some butt rolls…
…and our friends grilled up the MOST delicious pork tenderloin with green mashed potatoes, rainbow salad and asparagus. It was DEE-vine!!!! Oh and did I mention, pazookies for dessert? It was heavenly.

Friday grocery shopping is a billion times better than Saturday and throw in a Diet Coke and sunshine and I can handle it!!!
