* Friday morning breakfast with 2 of my favorite friends.
I just recently discovered this breakfast joint and it’s SOOOO good. They serve these protein pancakes that are filled with granola, cinnamon, almonds and blueberries and I DREAM about them they are so yummy!
{Locals: the one in Chandler is on Chandler and Kyrene}.
* Dropped by my friend’s house afterwards.
She needed a ‘taste tester’ for some new Oreo cookies that she had just made…
I don’t EVER pass down a ‘taste testing’ opportunity.
I gave these cookies 2 thumbs way up!๐
* Spent the afternoon working on my NEW March Visiting Teaching Handouts. So excited to share them with you tomorrow!
* Friday night we attended a wedding and then went with some friends to eat tacos HERE. I’ve decided every Friday night should end with tacos and bean and cheese burros…am I right??
* Saturday morning I had the opportunity to participate in a stake wide Relief Society SERVICE project.
10 of us went to an organization in downtown Chandler called FANS ACROSS AMERICA.
I was blown away with this charity and all that they offer and provide for women who have left domestic abusive relationships and/or are homeless.
We sorted and counted items for them and it was such a great morning!
* Saturday night I practiced the organ {for Sunday} at my church building.
Don’t be jealous.
The organ is a BEAST and that’s all there is to it.
* Churchey-church on Sunday.
Our ward has issued us this Book of Mormon challenge….
…and our family started it tonight!
We are super excited about it.
* London spent the afternoon at my parent’s house and when we went to pick her up – – my mom realized that Grant is now the same height as her!!
They all had to check it out in the living room mirror and then my mom proceeded to measure all of them on her craft room wall.
You know….with a pencil, their name and the date?
Anyone else do this??
She has lines and lines of all of her grandchildren’s heights throughout the years and they have so much fun checking it out to see how much they have grown.
HAPPY MARCH!!!
Can you even believe March is here?
It’s supposed to be in the 70s and 80s here all week – – welcome SPRING!
