Coming back from vacation stinks!

As promised…I’m sharing this DELICIOUS recipe from our friend Claudine. I’ve been dreaming of it ever since we had it up at the cabin.
It’ll make the PERFECT side for all of your summer get together – promise!
SUNSHINE JELLO SALAD
Make 1 large package of cook and serve lemon pudding as directed on the box. Mix 1 small package of orange jello with 1 cup of boiling water and then stir it into the lemon pudding. Put in a smaller 9×13 pan and let sit until firm.
Topping is 1 small pacakge of instant lemon pudding made with 2 cups of milk and then mix it with 2 cups of Cool Whip. Garnish the top with mandarin oranges!
