* The show ‘Extreme Couponing’ on TLC literally makes me nauseous. Don’t get me wrong. I am ALL for saving money when I shop. AND….I am ALL for stocking up on food storage. BUT….I think that it is all a tad too much. The episode I watched the other night had a girl buying 93 bags of croutons! 93!!!! No one needs that many. And how on earth do these people find the TIME to a) do all of their research and b) go to all of those different stores so that the coupons work? I’m doubting they have little kids. I’m lucky if a) I REMEMBER my coupons out of the house and b) if I actually make it to a grocery store, other than Target, and don’t forget one of my kids in the candy aisle!
* I am highly anticipating the new season of Dr. Drew’s Celebrity Rehab. Why for the life does it not post it’s premiere date anywhere online? I’m kind of ansy. Especially to see the train wreck that Michael Lohan is.
* I saw a headline shortly after the death of Osama Bin Laden on one of the major news networks that read: “Was the killing of Bin Laden Legal?” SERIOUSLY??? Do we really CARE if it was legal? Who even THINKS to ask that question? Did they forget that almost 10 years ago he almost destroyed our nation and killed thousands? I’m pretty sure….we weren’t worried about it being ‘legal’ or not. Just saying. {It’s what I get for being a news junkie I guess}.
* Beyond giddy that Ed Helms will be hosting SNL soon AND……my favorite Justin Timberlake will be hosting the finale. Bliss.
* Is anyone else kinda sad about Maria Shriver and Ah-nuld breaking up? Because strangely….I am. I was really quite bummed to hear the news. I like ‘believing’ in the ALL-AMERICAN couple. {But then again…I loved Jennifer Anniston and Brad Pitt…..Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey…}
* London has had fried calamari breath for the past 2 days. Yes…we in fact ate some at a restaurant the other night and YES….I have brushed her teeth many times. BUT….that stuff must be potent. It’s the cutest fried calamari breath I’ve ever smelled might I add. Just can’t seem to get rid of it *wink*.
* I’m pretty sure when London is potty trained {which best be by this summer!} that Joe and I will still stock up on those Costco baby wipes. Are those not the most convenient things ever? I can’t imagine living with out them!
* Lady Gaga. Love {most} of her music. It’s catchy alright. BUT…. is she just beyond beyond beyond strange or what? I just don’t get it.

I totally agree with you on the coupon-ing. I saw all my friends posting stuff on facebook on how they save so much on their groceries now, so I gave it a shot. It takes WAY too much time to dig through the newspaper ads and the online sites to find coupons that will even work. For me, I shop super fast and get out of there, because Brax HATES shopping. I don't have time to pick out coupons for the cashier to validate..and then all to only save like 5 bucks total at the end. Tried in once, and never will again. so NOT worth it! LOL
