Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread.

November 20, 2012 | Uncategorized

As promised…here is my SUPER YUMMY recipe for Pumpkin Bread.
It’s SUPER moist {I really hate that word} and SUPER flavorful!
Make some up for Thanksgiving…it’ll be a hit!
Enjoy!!!
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread
{thank you Molly for the recipe!!!}

Beat 5 eggs

Add:

1 1/3 cup oil
1 -16 oz. can pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
2 – 3 oz. pkg instant vanilla pudding

Mix until creamy and stir in chocolate chips!

Bake at 350 for one hour….makes 2 bread loaf pans
or 5 smaller loaf pans
or 24 muffins.

If making muffins…they will only cook for 12-15 minutes.
If making smaller loaves…they’ll cook for about 40 minutes….but keep an eye on them.
