Did ya get all that in the title?
{Smile.}
This ‘bread’ is the bomb-diggity.
I wrapped it up and delivered some to my peeps in honor of
St. Patrick’s Day.

The inside turns ‘green-ish’ because of the pistachio pudding in the mix which makes it EXTRA fun.
This was a major Pinterest SCORE!
I’ll admit. I was hesitant to try it at first but was PLEASANTLY surprised
with how delish it turned out!
This recipe was found and pinned over at Tastes of Lizzy T.

I modified mine just a tad!
ENJOY and HAPPY ST. PATTY’S DAY!!!

Pistachio Pudding Bread
{but it’s really cake!}
1 package Pillsbury yellow cake mix
1/4 cup water
4 eggs
1/4 vegetable oil
1 small package instant pistachio pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
Mix everything together until well blended.
Grease two large loaf pans and pour evenly into each.
Mix in a small bowl:
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Mix together and crumble generously over the tops of both.
{You’ll probably have some of this mixture left over.}
Bake at 350 degrees
for 50-60 minutes for large loafs.
I also made smaller loafs and baked for about 40 minutes – just keep checking the middles with a fork to see if it’s done.
