This month’s Visiting Teaching message is {sorta} like a FREE choice. Everybody gets to pick their own — based off of the talks given at this past General Conference.
Soooooo many good ones!
And you know me — I couldn’t pick JUST ONE!
The first one I came up with is from Elder Bednar’s talk “Come and See”.
I made the tag to also go along with
a little Thanksgiving treat.
I paired my handout up with glass jar full of chocolates.
Because what sister wouldn’t LOVE
getting chocolates, right?!
My second handout is taken from
President Dieter F. Uchtdorf’s talk
This tag ALSO goes along easily with just about any type of treat. I chose muffins because
they were calling my name from the local bakery.
{No really…those muffins were SHOUTING…
‘Yo Marci! You want me!!’
And I really can’t resist when my food talks to me so…..}
All you need to do with this handout is stick a little umbrella in a treat and you’re good to go. I found a package of these drink umbrellas in……the alcohol section {go figure!} at my grocery store. I looked around for like 20 minutes until I found them!!
You could stick these umbrellas in bread, cupcakes, mini bundt cakes….the list goes on.

Oh my goodness!! I am dying laughing right now because you are correct!! 🙂 It is from his 'Windows of Heaven' talk from the LAST October conference. What is wrong with me? Haha. Oh well. I guess it still makes a fun Thanksgiving handout. 🙂
I'm confused, that quote from Elder Bednar is from a previous conference not "Come and See." Cute ideas though.
