You guys!!!
It’s November!
How on earth did that happen?!
And where did October go??
It’s finally starting to cool down into the 70s here in AZ – – so I’ll take it! I’ll welcome November with open arms!
There was absolutely NO WAY I could pick JUST ONE General Conference talk to base my handout off of this month….
So I chose TWO!
My first handout is based off President Uchtdorf’s talk from the General Womens session entitled:
How much did you LOVE LOVE LOVE this talk?
I think it my just be my fave of faves.
{If you haven’t read it yet – – you MUST! So uplifting!}
And you just know I couldn’t let this quote from his Great-Aunt Rose go untouched….
“Seems to me that the best things, like homemade bread or orange marmalade, take patience and work.”
I found my Orange Marmalade at Winco.
I lucked out.
My intentions were to just get some orange jam – – but nope! Winco has it ALL – – yet another reason I love them.
You could give JUST the marmalade OR just the bread.
Or both!
And if you’re like me and are completely intimidated by making homemade bread {gaaahhhh!} – – why not just pick up your favorite loaf of bread at the store?
This one’s mine!
{Have you tried it? Gosh, it’s good!}
Handout #2 was taken from Elder Von G. Keetch’s talk:
Elder Keetch gave a GREAT analogy about the ‘barriers’ in life. It really stuck out to me.
So of course – – in my mind – –
barriers= BEAR-iers
and this little handout was formed….
Attach to some gummy bears, Teddy Grahams, a stuffed bear….you name it. Easy peasy!

Sheesh! I tried to say I chose the Bear-iers tag because it fits my sisters' needs but a typo snuck in. With no way to edit, I had to delete and start over.
