Our summer wraps up this week and the kids head back to school on Monday. I’m getting a little emotional just thinking about it. Not because I’ll miss my kids while they’re at school {pfshhh….I can’t WAIT to run errands all by myself again!} – – but because it means they’re going to be ONE GRADE older and I REALLY wish I could pause time and keep them little.
But since I know this is all part of life {the whole growing up thing…sigh} I’ll do my best to be excited.
My kids are VERY VERY excited to start a new school year with new teachers and new friends….and that makes ME very happy.
Thursday is our ‘Meet the Teacher’ night.
I always like to give their teachers a little something for it.

By the way…I always love your posts involving Hobby Lobby, but we don't have one here, so I could just dream. Today I discovered that we have one within 20 minutes or so!!
