It’s been spring{ish} weather here lately. 80 degrees to be exact. Which has got me swooning at all of the kids clothing stores with ideas of outfits for Ms. London for the new season. Because well, she does Dress to Impress, ya know? {If I ever forget to put BOWS in her hair…she lets me know!} It’s never TOO young to start learning about fashion, right?
