St. Patrick’s Day is next in line and I’ll be honest. It’s my least favorite holiday. I don’t have red hair. I’m not Irish. And I don’t drink alcohol.
I DO however…like to celebrate just about ANYTHING and….thanks to Pinterest…it’s got my mind turning. I MAY just have to add a little flare to St. Patrick’s Day this year.

Pinterest is a WONDERFUL thing! I don't understand why EVERYONE isn't on it! I literally want to scream from the rooftops about it! Although, I must admit, my friends and family think that I am such a creative person because of all the things I find on there! haha! No, I am just good at borrowing ideas. =)

Costco has a GREAT packaged and pre seasoned corned beef. It's the easiest thing in the world, and a family fav for us.
