Coombs’ Valentine Bash 2013.

This past weekend we hosted our 2013 Coombs’ Valentine Bash.

It was SO much FUN!

We are so blessed to have such GREAT people around us.

{Tiff Greene – if you are reading this…you will see that I stole lots of your cute ideas from last year’s Recipe Club. So THANKS for being so clever!!}

Here’s a peek at our evening’s festivities:

I purchased fabric from JoAnn’s to use as the table cloths.

I also did a big huge entertaining faux paux by using REAL plates with mini PAPER ones.

The mini ones {from Wal-mart} just matched so well…

I couldn’t resist!

At each place setting were some PASSION PILLS {bubblegum} and sucker hearts.

{Those bubblegum tubes are what I’m using for Carson’s Valentine’s this year. So excited!}

I also had each couple email me a pic from back in their dating days.

Don’t Joe and I look so ~~thin~~ young?!?

{Smile}.

As for the Favors, I printed off THIS free printable and placed them in frames found at Target on clearance. Once you place them in the frames, you can write things right on the glass and use as a wipeboard.

I wrote one myself {as if Joe were writing something to me!} to give them the general idea.

There was definitely no shortage of YUMMY food:

Spinach Artichoke Dip, Chicken Cordeon Blue, Stuffed Potatoes, Pretzel Jello Salad, Rolls, Broccoli Salad and not pictured….brownie trifle and raspberry cheesecake.
