As promised – – here is my
CINNAMON ROLL CASSEROLE recipe.
It’s a MUST for the weekends, holidays, company…etc.
It’s very similar to ‘monkey bread’ … but EVEN better in my opinion. Plus – – it’s EVEN easier!
Here’s what you’ll need:
2 packages of Pillsbury cinnamon rolls
{NOT the big chunky ones}
1 cube of butter
1 cup of brown sugar
Here’s what you’ll do:
Pour 1/2 cube melted butter into an 8×11 pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar over the butter. Cut cinnamon rolls into chunks {I cut mine into 4s} and drop into pan. Drizzle the other 1/2 cup of melted butter on top of the cinnamon rolls. Sprinkle with the other 1/2 cup brown sugar.
Bake according to the directions on the cinnamon roll pacakge. {Usually takes about 5-10 minutes longer.}
Drizzle with the icing and serve!
{I always take the aluminum lid off of the icing and microwave it for about 15 seconds so it pours right onto it.}
*** When we have company over I always double this recipe and put it in a bigger/deeper pan.

Ooh hello!!!
