Joe and I are BIG fans of Cinco de Mayo.
Not because we party or drink alcohol….because we don’t.
But for the main reason that we LOVE us some good mexican food.
We eat it ALL the time.

Whether or not we throw a party or just go out to one of our favorite mexican restaurants….we can always guarantee there will be large amounts of chips and salsa consumed that day.
