I grew up with a family back in Virginia and the mom of that family made THE BEST Mexican Hot Cocoa EVER.
Because I loved it SO much – – I asked her a few years ago for her recipe so that I could duplicate and share it with my favorite people around the holidays!
I was SO happy she was willing to send it to me!

MASTER MIX of Mexican Hot Cocoa
{This makes up A TON! I wish I could remember how many batches I made to fill all of my jars but it’s been so long that I’ve forgotten. Sorry!}
10 2/3 cup non fat instant dried milk
1 6oz jar powdered non dairy creamer
2 cup powder sugar
1 16oz can instant chocolate drink mix
(like Nestle Quick)
1/2 cup ground cinnamon
Add 3 Tbs of mix to 1 cup of hot water
