In need of a quick and easy little treat to whip up?
These are YOUR cookies then.
I tried them out last week and my kids gobbled them up afterschool. I made them last night for dessert at my parents house and they were gobbled up equally as fast.
They’re a HUGE hit!
AND….they can be made with ANY type of cake mix you want. PLUS…you can add pretty much ANYTHING into them that you’d like. {I added sprinkles. I have a thing for sprinkles. Just ask my friends.}
CAKE MIX COOKIES
1 box of cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
2 Tbs. flour
Mix together and add any additional toppings you’d like.
{For example: coconut, sprinkles, chocolate chips…}
Drop by the spoonful {I used a cookie dough scooper} on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
That’s it!
They’re super tasty.
And super easy.
What more could you ask for?
This week we’re trying….Red Velvet cake mix.
Yum!!!

Had my son make these today using a lemon cake mix. Yummy!!
He only got 24 cookies out of it.. did you get more than that?
We didn't add any extras this time, but might try next time with a different flavor. I did find that I could only eat a couple cookies and then had to wait awhile before I could have more.. just too much for me- which is a good thing!! ๐ but, they really were yummy!
oh- and we have a creamsicle (orange) cake mix in the pantry that I haven't wanted to make into a cake because it just doesn't sound good to me.. I'm now thinking maybe cookies?!
