Now that the kids are back in school and our schedules are packed to the brim – – easy recipes are my jam.
One of my very favorite GO-TO recipes for a busy night is this Bow Tie Pasta with Sausage.
It’s easy, cheap,TASTY and it always makes plenty so that we all can have leftovers the next day!!!
Add it into your meal rotation and you won’t be disappointed!
{It’s seriously Joe’s very fave}.
Marci Coombs’

Fresh parmesan or mozzerella cheese for topping!
Cook your pasta according to directions.
While pasta is cooking, sautee your onion in 2 Tbs. butter. Place cooked onions in a small bowl and add your sliced sausages. Cook until lightly browned on both sides.
Drain your pasta and add to a LARGE bowl.
Add your 2 cans of diced tomatotes, your sausages, onions and toss with cheese.

That’s it – – I told you it was easy!
