BBQ season is upon us and chances are, you’re going to need a yummy side to bring to at least one of those BBQs this spring/summer.
Look no further.
This just recently became a family favorite.
It’s easy, delicious and you can make it up the day before if needed!
1 package tri-color rotinia pasta
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 package dry ranch dressing mix
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup milk
8 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 can of black beans, rinsed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
Boil noodles for about 8 minutes. Rinse and set aside.
In a small bowl whisk together the mayo, sour cream, ranch, garlic powder and milk.
In a large bowl add the pasta, tomato, cucumber, black beans and shredded cheese. Toss with dressing. Salt, pepper and season to taste. Chill before serving.
