It uses THESE yummy refrigerated hash browns so there’s NO chopping involved.
My whole family LOVED it.
And if you’re not a big fan of kale – – you could even sub spinach for that, instead.
Last night was my hubby’s birthday…
His very favorite cake is YELLOW with chocolate frosting.
I used this chocolate frosting buttercream recipe and the cake was to die for. I kept ‘piece-ing’ on it today and funny…..there’s none left now. {Yikes!}

On San Tan Blvd.
This one is definitely not a dive on the inside.
{Just looks like it from the outside}.
We went here last night for Joe’s Birthday dinner {he had been here before, the kids and I had not} and O. M. G. their Chicago style pizza was TO DIE FOR!!!!
Like – – this is my new favorite pizza spot FOR SURE!!!
We also got their wings which were divine {a little pricey, but divine!} as well. If you’re not a Chicago pizza style lover, no worries – they have other styles.
It was SUPER DUPER yummy.
On San Tan Blvd. right close to Buddyz.
Ok this one is definitely a dive on the INSIDE and OUT.
But….Joe and I have discovered that THESE types of places usually have the BEST food around.
And it’s TRUE with this place!
London and I happened to stop in today {she was home sick} for lunch and I’m not exaggerating when I say that their burrito is the BEST burrito I’ve had in a LONG time.
{Ooh…and their beans inside of it….YUM!}
Since moving to AZ over 15 years ago…I’ve sorta become a mexican food snob, thanks to my husband.
Their stuff is AUTHENTIC!
And they serve other stuff too like burgers, philly cheesesteaks, fries…etc.
If you can get past this place’s appearance and the fact that it’s also part gas station – – – LOCALS YOU WILL LOVE IT!
