*** Thank you THANK YOU for all of your kind comments, messages, texts, and calls asking about my sweet momma.
She is doing GOOD but still in the hospital.
{I REALLY wanted to take a pic of her in her cute hospital gown today but she made me SWEAR there would be no such sight of that on this blog of mine. Haha.}
The neurosurgeon and cardiac doctors want to run some additional tests to check things out in her brain and in her heart. We are glad they are doing this so that they might be able to pinpoint any possible problems before she goes back home {which hopefully will be tomorrow}.
Being in the hospital BITES!
We are crossing our fingers and toes that it is nothing serious.
XOXO
2 Valentine Desserts I’ll be
Making This Weekend:

Joe and I usually always go out the night BEFORE Valentine’s Day so that we can spend Valentine’s night as a family. {SO excited it’s on a Sunday this year!} We’ve started some traditions that the kids really look forward to. These Cupid Floats by Somewhat Simple will definitely be on our list of things to try. LOVE the usage of the Red Vine as the straw.

This dessert looks ALL Y-E-S to me!
{It has a secret ingredient: Cinnabon creamer which I’m hoping I can find at my local grocery store.} This is DEFINITELY going to be our dessert on Sunday night with a big, huge scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
2 Things I’m Obsessed With Right Now:

I’ve been thinking about last week’s episode ever since Joe and I watched it together.
HAVE YOU SEEN IT???
IT IS SOOOOOO GOOD!
The actors are spot on.
I am fascinated, yet again.
I vividly remember being a senior in highschool when the verdict of this case was read. The teacher rolled a television into our classroom so that we could watch it LIVE. It blew my mind back then and I am LOVING it now as an adult – – learning every last detail about it that I was clueless to as a teenager.

This. Pulled. Pork.
Yuminess.
Our fun friends whipped this up at our Super Bowl party and I’m not exaggerating when I say that it was quite possibly the BEST I’ve had in a long time.
She heated it up in the crockpot {comes fully cooked} and then just added a bottle of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce {my fave!} to it while it heated up.
It had THE BEST flavor!
We had them on slider buns and they were scrumptious.
You can find it at Costco in their refrigerated section.
