This past weekend we headed up to the mountains with our Coombs side of the family. We stayed in a super fun cabin nestled right in the woods of Heber, Arizona.
Highlights included:
Arts and Crafts with Grandma Marilyn
Card games and puzzles! We finally got the hang of the game Code Names – SO fun!
Hobo lunches and a picnic at the park!
Have you ever seen 2 cuter hobos?
A short little hike combined with basketball and whiffle ball…
Picking wildflowers…
Playing the game 9 square!
{This game was seriously a HUGE hit!!}
The swings outside…
Uncle Will’s homemade ice-cream {bomb-diggity!}…
And just basking in the glory of cousins, aunts, uncles and grandparents…
Such fun memories were made!!
Our cute nephew Easton is getting ready to serve his mission in New Jersey soon {he starts his ‘at home MTC’ this week and so today before we all left we had a very special family Sacrament meeting outside amongst the trees. Testimonies were shared and I just know they’ll be remembered for a lifetime. My kids even talked about a couple of them on our drive home this afternoon and it warmed my heart. Family time is the best time and we are SO grateful to be able to spend time with ours!
