* Friday morning we celebrated my nephew’s birthday by seeing the new movie “Middle School” together.

My boys have LOVED reading this book series and so they were SO excited to see it.
It did not disappoint.
SUCH a darling,darling FUNNY movie with a sweet story.
Even my parents liked it!
I would definitely recommend this one over fall break.
* I spent the rest of the day making sugar cookies…
* Friday night was date night and we went with some of our favorite friends to Buddyz for the best chicago style pizza EVER. {Ok…disclaimer. I’ve never been to Chicago so I don’t really know. But in Arizona? I’m pretty sure this is the BEST!}
Afterwards we headed over to our friend’s 40th birthday party. I so wish I would’ve remembered to take pics.
This was SUCH a fun party.
Hot air balloon rides, a crepe truck and my favorite…a soda booth with every flavor possible.
* On Saturday we hosted a going away party for our dear friends the Montgomery’s.
We love this sweet family and are so sad to see them go.
They are some of the most kind hearted, service oriented people that we know and we love them to pieces.
* Girls night Saturday night with London and my sister.
Cafe Rio + Bath and Body Works.
Their candles were on sale for buy one get one free so naturally I felt the need to stock up.
{Their Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin? SO yummy!}
* Sunday morning we all watched this sweet movie…
London saw it in the theaters back in March with a friend and she has been begging us to rent it to watch with her again.
You guys!!!!! I sobbed my brains out.
Like big, ugly, tear drops down my face.
That said though – – it was heartwarming and sweet.
Such a good TRUE story.
We need more movies like this.
* Churchey-church Sunday afternoon followed by dinner at our dear friends’ house. My friend makes quite possibly the BEST chicken noodle soup ever. She makes the noodles HOMEMADE!!! Who does that?!

Week 2 of Fall Break is up this week.
The weather has been perfect for playing outside and going to the park. We’ve been staying up late and sleeping in. So thankful we have 2 1/2 weeks of this!
