Meh.
It was just ok.
{There have seriously been NO good movies out lately, am I right?}
* Friday night Joe and I went out on a little date night.
I’ve been craving NYPD Pizza’s garlic cheese knots…
I’ve been craving NYPD Pizza’s garlic cheese knots…
We took one bite and just knew something was wrong with them. {When they are made right they are oh so yummy!}
We had them make us another batch {we are sooo not those type of people} and the next batch was just as bad as the first. Not sure if it was the cheese? Or the dough?
We settled for wings and a salad and it just seemed so-so as well, so we splurged on dessert next door and filled our appetites with…
Crumbl Cookies!
Can’t go wrong.
The real star of the evening was their ‘Muddy Buddy’ cookie.
Dee-LISH!
* We watched 20/20 when we got home.
Oh my gosh! Please tell me you saw this too!!!!!
It was such a sad, twisted and bizarre story and I can’t even believe this lady is up for parole next year!!!!
* Saturday morning I dropped the boys off at a charity event that they were performing at…
While the rest of us headed to our sweet niece’s baptism.
It was such a special day.
Baptisms ALWAYS make me tear up.
Same with when I’m in the temple.
And when people get married.
There’s just something SO sweet and pure about it all.
* We had lunch with family afterwards and then came home and took a fat nap. It was just what I’ve been needing lately.
London and I snuck out for a little treat on Saturday night.
Bahama Bucks is such a HIT or MISS with me.
Saturday night….it was a MISS.
Tooooooo sweet!
And I think it needs to be at least 20 degrees warmer for me to fully enjoy one of these.
{My kids on the other hand could eat these all day every day!}
* Churchey-church on Sunday.
We had some fun friends over Sunday night for dinner.
We grilled chicken with a homemade marinade that I forgot that I loved and it was YUMMY!
{Don’t you just love it when you re-find a good recipe?}
I do hope you enjoy it as much as we did….
{Also yummy? The orange blossoms in the background of the above pic. I wish EVERYONE could smell how good our backyard smells right now. Orange blossoms are my absolute FAVORITE!}
