* I met a fun friend for lunch at Mod Pizza.
Gosh, I love this place.
Their ‘Dominic’ pizza + chicken + artichokes is my fave.
* Date night with Joe Friday night.
We saw quite possibly the DUMBEST movie EVER.

Yea, I know – – the name should’ve been a big hint as to JUST how horrible it was going to be.
{But the 1st one was SO funny!}
It was ridiculously awful and I have no idea why we didn’t get up half way through and ask for a refund.
{Probably because I wasn’t done with my popcorn and Reeses yet.}
* Dinner at the PB afterwards.
Do you know HOW SAD I am that all of these are changing over to Panera’s soon?
Panera <<< PB.
* Saturday morning Joe and the boys headed off to the big ASU game….
….while London, her BFF and I went out for donuts.
There’s no better way to start off your Saturday, I tell ya.
The rest of my ENTIRE day was spent filling ETSY orders.
My mom came over to help me around 4:00 and man she was a lifesaver. So grateful with the success of this little ole shop of mine.
* Did you see SNL Saturday night?
Bruno Mars’ first song {Uptown Funk}
pretty much rocked my socks off.
LOVE LOVE LOVE it!
* Churchey-church on Sunday.
Our Sacrament meeting was all about GRATITUDE and the talks were SO great! One of the speakers said…
“Spiritual gratitude permeates our soul
and brings us closer to God.”
Love. that.
* We put up our Christmas tree Sunday night!
Joe’s buns under the Christmas tree are always the first sign that the holidays are upon us!
We decorated the tree.
Does anyone else have issues with this?
Not the decorating part – – but the letting your kids help part?
I know, I know, I’m a horrible mom
and it’s the OCD in me it really is.
Well that + my kids fighting over WHO gets to put WHAT ornament on and WHERE…..
Just never seems to play out as peacefully and delightfully {and as organized} as I’d like.
It’s all about the memories though, right? Smile.

Cannot believe it’s THANKSGIVING week!!!
EeEekkK! I LOVE this week!
To Black Friday shop or not….that is the question!
{And will all those sales be available online too?}
dresselfamily.blogspot.com says
I have two trees, one I decorate in. my more formal living room, and then one in the basement family room, where the kids decorate!!!.. Even then, it's hard for me to let control go!
I always wonder who had the best sales, in the stores or on line!!..
You need to blog about how you do gifts for family, kids, hubby!
