* I went out Black Friday shopping. ON Friday.
{I boycotted going on Thanksgiving day this year.}
I was pleasantly surprised at HOW MUCH stuff was left at most of the stores!
{Minus the 2 hour line wait at Old Navy which I refused to deal with. And why would I?
It was all online! Silly customers.}
* Friday night was a very special night.
London and I got dressed up…..
….and went to the Nutcracker Ballet with some of our very favorite friends!
Can you believe that this was my FIRST TIME EVER seeing this?!
{Gasp, I know.}
We both LOVE LOVE LOVED it!
It was mesmerizing.
And beautiful.
And we already can’t wait to go again next year.
{Reason #1,342 that I LOVE having a GIRL!!!
Being able to do GIRLY things JUST like this!}
* Saturday we kicked it at home most of the day and I put the finishing touches on all of our Christmas decor.
{Pics to follow soon.}
* Saturday night Joe and the boys went to the ASU vs. UofA game.
{Goooooo DEVILS! Another WIN!!!}
while London and I met my parents for chinese food and frozen yogurt.
Yes…I allowed London to wear her jammies out to dinner and dessert.
* Churchey-church on Sunday and then…..
…We loaded up our stuff and drove up north to the Polar Express.
{Details coming this week. One word until then – M-A-G-I-C-A-L}.
P.S. It got down to 29 degrees that night.
I don’t know HOW you cold weather people deal with that day in and day out!
I’ve become a desert rat WIMP!

Things I’m Looking Forward to This Week:
*The highly anticipated Justin Timberlake concert….WooooooHOOO!!!!!
* Hosting our annual Christmas Recipe Club with dear DEAR friends!

I am wondering where you purchased the black picture frames that you have in the picture arrangement on your stairs? I love the different shapes and designs but I haven't been able to find them anywhere.

Thanks so much! The black frames were all purchased at Hobby Lobby for 50% off! Score!!! xoxo

Looks like you had a fun weekend! I was wondering where you got London's dress for the Nutcracker. We are going to The Ballet West Nutcracker later this month and I love that dress!
Marci Coombs says
London's dress is from Target – from last year. Maybe google Target Christmas dress girls on eBay? Good luck! xoxo
