* The kiddos and I headed out to our
very favorite Pumpkin Patch in town.
We met up with some of our friends there and it was SO nice.
Perfect weather and no crowds.
* Friday night date night with my hubs HERE.
They seriously have my favorite prime rib EVER.
{Not to mention…their garlic mashed potatoes are AH-mazing}.
* Saturday was spent mostly watching
General Conference on T.V…..
General Conference weekends are my FAVORITE!
These talks always bring so much
PEACE and CLARITY into my life.
{Favorite talks on Saturday…if I HAD to pick?
Hands down Elder Holland’s and Elder Oakes.
Talk about POWERFUL!}
* Also spent the afternoon filling orders
for my new Etsy Shop…
{I seriously am having SO much fun with this little shop o’ mine.}
* Saturday night the kiddos and I met up with fun friends at the park while Joe watched the Priesthood session with his dad and brother.
* Sunday was spent pretty much the same way
Saturday was…..
Don’t my kids look THRILLED?!
{Smile}.
* My nieces came over for a bit and we carved pumpkins and roasted pumpkin seeds together.
I know, I know….it’s like WAY too early to be doing this sort of thing but the kids were dying to put their pumpkin patch finds to good use. And I had my ‘Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin’ candle burning so it felt EXTRA fall-ish in our house.
* Joe made chocolate chip cookies Sunday night {and learned very quickly that you should never MELT the butter for the dough, bless his heart}, my sis and nephew came over and we finished the weekend
off by watching AFV.
{Aren’t we adventurous?}

WEEK 2 of Fall Break is this week PLUS my…….
BIRTHDAY!
I’ll spare you the details of how old I’ll be on Saturday BUT…..
I’m excited to tell you that See’s Candy is helping me celebrate and I’m doing a GIVEAWAY starting TOMORROW on the blog.
{I may or may not be in a chocolate coma from all of the goodies I’ve tasted this week.}
