* Friday morning began at IHOP for breakfast with 2 of my favorite lady friends. Judy and Lynda – – you forgot to remind me to take a pic! And I know how you love them so ๐
* I swung by after and checked the boys out of school early. We picked up my parents and headed downtown to the College Football Playoff Fan Experience.
Thank you Shear family for the AWESOME tickets!!!!
We had an unbelievably AWESOME time!!!
My boys felt like they had won the lottery!!!
* Lunch afterwards at Cafe Rio.
You just can’t go wrong with their pork salads.
* The rest of the evening was spent sitting on the couch and doing nothing. I take that back. Joe and I DID watch Dateline. And I was a little miffed because it was a 2 hour one and it…..drug…..on. Sometimes I think they take those 1 hour episodes and s-t-r-e-t-ch them out a little too far.
* Saturday morning the kids and I rewarded ourselves {chores} by finding the Sodalicious truck and gorging ourselves with treats.
I must say…
I was very disappointed in their cookies.
I have yet to find cookies as good as SWIG in St. George or QUENCH IT in Heber CIty.
Oh – – and they wanted $2! for a soda so we passed on those and headed down the street to Circle K.
79 cents is MUCH more my jam.
* Date night on Saturday night.
We went HERE for dinner.
Their bean dip >>> anyone else’s.
Afterwards we saw….

Talk about an uplifting INSPIRATIONAL movie!
This lady is my new hero.
And Jennifer Lawrence NAILED her part.
We LOVED it!
* Churchey-church on Sunday.
Joe and I taught our sweet 6 year olds all about
CHOOSING THE RIGHT in class.
I whipped up these little necklaces for the girls + green keychains for the boys….
I’m adding a few NEW things to my Etsy shop this week and these might just make an apperance.
* We grilled cheeseburgers for Linner {Lunch + Dinner} and then relaxed with the kiddos for the rest of the day. It was pretty awesome.
