As promised…I’m sharing ALL of the recipes we used for our New Beginnings dinner.
{Wishing I had a couple of plates of these made up now!}

Ham Sliders
1/2 lb. shredded ham
1 dozen Sweet Hawaiian Rolls (King’s Hawaiian Rolls are perfect)
1/4 lb. sliced swiss cheese
Sauce:
1 stick butter, melted
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Assemble sandwiches and line up on a cookie sheet. Pour sauce mixture over filled rolls. Cover and refrigerate over night. Bake at 350, covered for 15-20 minutes.
Chocolate Eclair Cake
2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding
3 c. cold milk
10 oz Cool Whip
1 box of graham crackers
1 can chocolate fudge frosting
Place layer of whole graham crackers in bottom of 9×13 pan. Make sure no portion of the pan is showing.
Mix pudding, milk and cool whip in bowl.
Layer 1/2 of pudding mix on top of graham crackers.
Add another layer of graham crackers on top of pudding mix.
Add remaining portion of pudding mix.
And add another layer of whole graham crackers.
Microwave frosting in can for about 20 seconds – take top and seal off first!
Pour frosting over entire mixture and refrigerate overnight.
Orange Fluff

{I am NOT a huge fan of orange jello. This salad though….is YUMMY-YUM-YUM!!! I will definitely be making this for our next big family get together!}
