Pumpkin Bars via Bake at 350. |
I’ve been trying LOTS of pumpkin recipes lately. It’s in the 70s here in AZ and our windows are open. My fall-ish candles are burning and we are WELCOMING Fall with arms wide open! These Pumpkin Bars from Bake at 350 are HANDS DOWN my new favorite. They are DELICIOUS and super easy! The only thing I differently, was that I didn’t use the tinfoil….I just sprayed Pam right on my 9×13 pan and poured the batter directly on there. They were YUMMY and my WHOLE family LOVED them. Which is a miracle that EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US enjoyed them. Even Carson.
If you follow me on Pinterest….here are my thoughts on these pumpkin recipes:
Pumpkin Whoopie Pies from Dreamy Desserts. |
These were a little too much hassle and I didn’t love their consistency. Kinda thin and super sticky. The taste was definitely there BUT…..the next time I attempt Pumpkin Whoopie pies I am going to use the recipe I have for HOMEMADE OREOS and substitute the Devil’s Food Cake mix for a Pumpkin Cake mix. Yum. Maybe I’ll try those this weekend!
Pumpkin Spice Pancakes via Annies Eats. |
These were good. Carson LOVED them. I would however DOUBLE the amount of spices though…just to get that extra FALL kick. And maybe add a full cup of pumpkin instead of a half a cup.
