OH.my.YUM. Banana Bread Recipe.

August 20, 2013 | Uncategorized

We LOVE banana bread in our house.
ESPECIALLY if it has chocolate chips mixed in.
Happy to say that we have found THE VERY BEST Banana Bread recipe EVER.
{AND…it’s an easy one, too!}
Some banana bread tends to be a tad dry, no?
Not this recipe.
It is moist {I really hate that word} and tasty.
REALLY REALLY tasty.
Lucky for you….I’m sharing the deets on how to make it.
It’s a keeper for sure.
Mix together:

5 ripe bananas
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup butter
Blend until smooth.

Add to mixture:

1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
3 cups flour

Mix well and then stir in chocolate chips.
{That’s the best part!}
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and then sprinkle generously again with more chocolate chips.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.  Then reduce heat to 300 for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Mmmmmmmmm.
I like my sliced with a cold glass of milk.
This loaf lasts a day {tops} around my house.
Enjoy!!!
xoxo
