One last post about Girls Camp.

I wanted to share the MIX CD that I made up for all of the cars driving UP and BACK from Girls Camp.  As I talked to my presidency last year about this…we decided that we wanted a cd full of songs that were FUN, UPLIFTING, EMPOWERING and HIP?! 

 Keep in mind, we DO NOT allow the girls to bring their cell phones, ipods, etc. to camp OR even in the car ride there.  We look at this as a time for them to bond and prepare to get to know one another.

I’m a big fan of music.
FUN music.  
So this was a MUST for our camping adventures.

If you’d like to make a cd for your own girls…here are the songs that I downloaded from iTunes.

NOTE:  You MUST search each song with either the words ‘CLEAN’ and/or ‘RADIO EDIT’ next to them.  Otherwise, you might end up with some naughty words in the lyrics.  And you wouldn’t want any of that now, would you?!?

DOUBLE NOTE:  I was floored, while searching for FUN songs to add to this cd, at the amount of songs on the radio right now, that have ‘questionable lyrics’ and inappropriate words.  FLOORED!
