Fiesta Friday lunch.

Since it’s ‘Throwback Thursday’ – – I’m sharing some details from last week’s
Teacher Appreciation Fiesta Friday.

All of the food was catered from Tia Rosas, which just so happens to be my VERY favorite mexican joint in all of AZ.

Their ‘flying saucers’ are the bomb diggity.

I lined each table in the lunchroom with wrapping paper, sombreros and 2 bowls of chips.

I LOVE using RoTel cans to decorate for Fiestas.
