If you like ANYTHING Reeses-ish…you will LOVE these cupcakes.
My sister showed me this recipe awhile back and it has quickly become one of my favorites.
All I do for the ‘cupcake’ part is whip up a boxed Devils Food cake.
I’ve found that when you have a REALLY GOOD frosting….boxed mixes for the batter work just fine.
Peanut Butter Buttercream Frosting
1/4 cup butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3-4 cups powdered sugar
Beat your butter and cream cheese and then add the peanut butter and vanilla. Mix in powdered sugar one cup at a time until its the consistency that you like!
