A few weeks ago we went on a family vacation.
For those of you with little kids…you know…that packing for vacations can be VERY time consuming.
And why is it that once you’re ON your vacation, you can never seem to find exactly the right things that you packed in your suitcase?
It just always seems so disorganized and once the KIDS get ahold of their bags…they’re throwing clothes right and left on the hotel room floor, to find the outfits THEY want to wear.
Enter….my clever little tip!
{Spotted first on Pinterest, of course!!}
If you’re like me…you pack ‘outfits’ each day for your kids.
And if you’re REALLY like me and have a little girl….you pack right down to the details…
matching bows…matching necklaces, etc.
Easiest thing in the world.
Pack your outfits into ziploc bags.
Label your bags.
Each bag gets it’s own day.
When it comes time to getting dressed in the morning…instead of digging through your suitcase, you just pull out the bag with the respective day on it and wa-lah!
It’s ALL there!!!
I cannot even begin to tell you HOW MUCH I LOVED
having this all done for me on my trip.
And my boys could go into their suitcases and just find the day of the week on their bags and get dressed on their own without asking me….”What should I wear? What shirts are wearing today at Disneyland again??” It was ALL there ready to go for them.
Easy.Peasy.Lemon Squeege.
Happy Vacation-ing!!!
