On Christmas Eve we noshed on mexican food at my parent’s house. Mexican food is pretty much my husband + my kids + MY favorite food on the planet.
I tried out a new bean dip recipe from my cute niece’s cookbook and it was a HUGE hit!
I promise you won’t be able to dip just ONCE.
ENJOY!!!
Warm Bean Dip
{Would be great for a New Year’s Eve party!}
1 – 8 oz package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 cans of refried beans
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl. { I just threw it in my Kitchen-Aid and mixed it together}. Mix in refried beans until combined. Stir in taco seasoning. Spray an 8×11 baking pan with cooking spray. Spread mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle the top with both cheeses. Bake for about 20 minutes.
