Utah Day 8.

July 7, 2020 | Summer, Vacation

On day 8 of our trip we woke up and ordered Ernie’s breakfast sandwiches to go.

Oh my goodness….these were SO good.  Apparently they make their rolls fresh every morning and they were to die for.

London picked up a new hobby while we were at my nephew’s house…

She hasn’t stopped talking about it since.

That afternoon we headed to Springville to my cute cousin’s house where we had a little family reunion with my mom’s brother and his family.

We love these sweet cousins.  It’s always so much fun to get together with them.  I just wish it were more often!

London brought along her ‘Grandma Misel’ trivia game and we played it with them too!

I’m sure my Grandma and Grandpa Misel were right there laughing along with us that afternoon.

After the reunion, we headed up Provo canyon and over to Heber City where we spent the next two nights with our dear friends the Halls.

First order of business up there….ditch all of the kids and go to an adult only dinner 😉

Lori and Adam took us to the Back 40 restaurant.  Their fried chicken was AMAZING….as were the views of the mountains up there.  We love Heber City.  Like…really, really love it. {And we love our friends the Halls, even more!}
