Friday we slept until about 11:00 am {we being me} and then set out for lunch in the car at Raising Cane’s.
I used to not like Cane’s. Something about this quarantine though has made me LOVE Cane’s. IT IS SO GOOD! Even when you have to eat it in the car. And their sauce!!!! So yummy.
London got her craft on again……
And made these darilng little bookmarks, thanks to a tutorial from my Mom.
On Saturday I made bread.
Remember how I used to be afraid of yeast? Well, afraid no more! It has quickly become my best friend.
I got a little GRADUATION basket together for a Senior I ‘adopted’ on Facebook.

My sweetest friend Maureen dropped by with 2 boxes of the most delicious cookies I’ve ever tasted…
Move over Crumbl because CHUNK is where it’s at now. We all died over how yummy they were! And it was OH SO FUN to see a friendly face again. We miss our friends like crazy over here.
Church on Sunday in our home again.
This picture is blurry but I love it so much. One day we’ll look back on these days and cherish them. I just know it.
Sunday night I started organzing some old boxes in my craft room and came across a jackpot…
Letters written to Joe by his family, relatives and friends while he was serving his 2 year mission for our church in Chile. This was back in 1997-99 just before the email and internet hit and these handwritten letters are something else. I am such a believer in handwritten notes. They truly become like a journal of the person’s life who has written them. And there are literally hundreds!! So now I’m busy organizing and filing them and I could not be more pleased about it.

The bookmarks are so cute. Can you share directions, please? I would love to make them for the women who host the monthly book club meetings (miss meeting in person)and the librarians at my youngest’s school. Thanks in advance.

Did you get all the letters from your grandpa to your grandma when he was in the service sorted?? You are going to have more projects than you can handle. I love stuff like that too, so I get it why you love to do things like that. I have so many unfinished projects like that to finish and I’d better hurry ~ I don’t have as much time as you do left to finish them~ lol. Keep posting because I love to look at what you are doing. I also love London’s t shirt about French fries. Tell everyone hi. Love ya! claudine
